2. I have not received an order confirmation email, what should I do ?

Once the order has been validated, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. If you don't receive anything, we recommend you check the junk mail in your e-mail box. Otherwise, it is possible that the registered e-mail address may contain a typing error (e.g. "fe" instead of "fr" ...). Make sure to check the spelling of the e-mail address when creating your customer account. If the problem persists, contact our after-sales service via the contact form.


4. My order tracking link doesn't work, what can I do ?

Sometimes the tracking number does not update. In this case, we advise you to wait a day or two for the status to update automatically. After this time, if the tracking number is still not working, please contact Minca Beauty's after-sales service via the contact form.


7. I received my package, but it is damaged, what can I do ?

It is possible that an incident may occur during the delivery of your package and that one (or more) product(s) arrive damaged. If the signs of deterioration are visible on the shipping carton, you must refuse the package on delivery because of "damaged package". A claim with the carrier will then be possible. Otherwise, please send us a photo of the package and the damaged product via the contact form. Once this information has been verified, we will proceed to the return or refund of the product as soon as possible.


8. I have received my package, but there is a product missing, what can I do?

Please send to our after-sales service a photo of the package (dimensions) as well as the delivery note present in the package via the contact form. Once this information has been verified, we will proceed to the return or refund of the missing product as soon as possible.


9. My package arrived at the pick-up point, but I did not pick it up in time, so it was returned to the sender, what can I do ?

In case of non-claiming of package, we proceed to the refund of the order. The shipping costs will be deducted from the refund of the order. If you took advantage of the free delivery during the validation of your order, the shipping costs will be charged.


12. I cannot validate my order because an error message is displayed "there is unfortunately no carrier who can deliver to your address" What should I do?
